Return Process & Policy

It's easy for you to start the return on Bivora:

Step 1: Contact us via support@thebivora.com. After you've requested a return, kindly wait as we'll email you return instructions within 24 hours.
Step 2: Mail back your item(s) with a carrier of your choice
Step 3: Refund will be issued within 3 - 5 days after we receive your item(s). Bivora reserves the right to decline a return that does not comply with the conditions of our return policy.
❗ Please do not send returns to the sender's address on the package you received. Returns will not be accepted without submitting the request first.

What is the return policy?

Return Shipping Fee
All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless it's due to a quality issue.
Return Options
Please note, the return address will be provided to you after we approve your return via email. Happy Returns is available in select U.S. states. (If applicable, further information will be provided in the response email after approval)
Return Window
You have up to 30 days from the date you've received all your items.
Conditions
The item(s) and any accompanying free gifts must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When can I receive my refund?
Refunds will be granted once we've received and inspected the eligible return item. Due to high warehouse volume, please allow 3 to 5 days for return processing.
Refunds to your original payment method will be made within 5 business days upon receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you don't receive your refund 14 days after returning the product, please email us immediately at support@thebivora.com

How will I be refunded?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation of the refund once completed.

Track your Return
To check the status of your return, you can visit the after-sales page for your order. We will also keep you updated on the refund progress via email. If you want to track the location of your return package, please contact your return package courier or return label provider.

What If I Made a Mistake Shipping My Return?
Bivora is not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by customer negligence. This includes, but is not limited to, refusal to confirm shipment and incorrect consignee information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee name). In such cases, we are unable to issue a refund.

Special Policies


Holiday Return Policy
Under normal circumstances, our refund policy requires you to submit a request within 30 days of receiving the package, and you then have another 30 days to ship the items back. However, considering your holiday schedule, if you have any concerns or difficulties, please contact our customer service at service@thebivora.com for assistance.

Gift Returns Policy
If your order is a partial return and refund, you may keep the free gift. However, if you return the entire order for a refund, the accompanying free gift must also be returned as per our policy.

International Return Policy
Bivora's overall return policy is largely consistent across countries, with only slight variations in certain regions. We recommend checking our website for details or contacting customer service at service@thebivora.com.
